The Solana Market Guidelines
The weekly market is held throughout The Solana and is managed by Vendor Coordinator Louie Gamon with ACC Bazaar. Markets are hosted monthly on Saturdays and Sundays. Regular market hours are from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM; however, holiday and special event market hours may vary.

Merchant Requirements
- Must be 18+ or accompanied by a guardian.
- Texas Sales and Tax Permit required under business name. Vendor is responsible for all Sales Tax Payments.
- Promote the event on social media or other outlets.
Fees & Booth Info
Standard vendor booth pricing is $30 per weekend and includes both Saturday and Sunday participation. Pricing for holiday or special event markets may vary, and select community events may be offered at no cost.

Please note:
No refunds will be issued.
No-call/no-shows may result in suspension from future markets.
Vendor spaces are approximately 10’ x 10’.
Vendors are responsible for bringing all setup materials, including tables, chairs, displays, extension cords, and change/payment systems as needed.
Vendors must comply with all applicable Texas sales tax and point-of-sale regulations.
Tables must be clean, professional, and fully covered. No bare tables permitted.
Merchandise Guidelines Arts & Crafts
- All goods must be handmade by seller or household.
- No copyright-infringing items (e.g., Disney, Marvel, etc).
- Items must suit a family-friendly environment.
Agricultural Vendors
- Must grow or produce goods themselves (no resale).
- Must hold proper licenses and follow health codes.
- Organic sellers must show certification at table.
- No meats or eggs. Honey must follow food handling protocols.
Mobile Food Vendors
- At this time we are not accepting any prepared food vendors.
Cottage Food
- Must follow Texas Bakers Bill (HB 970).
- Labels must include product name, producer info, allergen disclosure, and the required cottage food statement.
- Acidified or canned goods need additional commercial kitchen licensing.
- Pet food must follow state packaging and labeling laws.
Food Samples
- Must comply with Farmers Market Bill HB 1382.
- Serve samples hygienically; have potable water on site.
Cooking Demos
- No cooking demos allowed
Market Operations
- Booths must be ready before start time and stay up until closing.
- Late arrivals may be turned away at the door.
- Keep booth clean and family-friendly.
- Merchants are responsible for their own trash removal.
- Courtesy and professionalism are expected.
- Market staff may cancel for safety/weather. Refunds would be issued.
- Any changes to rules will be communicated via email.
- Only pre-approved items may be sold.
Photography
Photos/videos may be taken for promotional purposes but must be tasteful and non-offensive. If requested by the market coordinator or The Solana Management Team, videos must be removed from social media if they do not meet the center’s requirements.
Hold Harmless Agreement
By registering, merchants agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Solana, it’s staff, owners and employees, and other associated parties against claims or damages resulting from their participation.
