vendor setup & arrival instructions

We look forward to welcoming you to The Solana Vendor Market! To ensure a smooth and organized event, please review the following setup instructions and guidelines before your arrival.


Setup & Check-In

  • Vendor Check-In & Setup Begins: 9:00 AM
  • Market Hours: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM


Our vendor coordinators will be on-site beginning at 9:00 AM to assist with check-in, booth assignments, and general questions. Please check in with a vendor coordinator before setting up your booth.


Booth Setup & Equipment

  • Please review the provided event layout and confirm your designated booth location with our vendor coordinator before setting up.
  • Tables, chairs, extension cords, and other booth equipment are NOT provided. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own supplies and display materials.
  • All displays, signage, and merchandise must remain within the designated booth space.
  • Vendors may not attach signage or decorations to mall walls, columns, storefronts, or fixtures without prior approval.
  • Please do not block or encroach upon storefront entrances, walkways, or neighboring vendor spaces.
  • Mall entrances, emergency exits, and pedestrian pathways must remain clear at all times.


Merchandise Guidelines

  • Vendors may only display and sell merchandise that complies with applicable laws and The Solana Vendor Market guidelines.
  • Counterfeit, unauthorized, or unlicensed merchandise featuring copyrighted characters, logos, brand names, or trademarked designs is strictly prohibited.
  • Vendors are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights or permissions to sell their merchandise.
  • The Solana reserves the right to approve or decline merchandise that is inconsistent with the market's standards and guidelines.
  • The Solana reserves the right to request the immediate removal of merchandise that violates these guidelines or applicable laws.
  • Failure to comply may result in removal from the market without a refund.


Parking & Unloading

  • Complimentary parking is available throughout The Solana.
  • Vendors may use the service entrance located between Starr Western Wear and the mall's main entrance on the greenery side for unloading merchandise and equipment.
  • The service entrance is for temporary unloading only. Please unload promptly and relocate your vehicle to general parking.
  • Do not leave vehicles unattended in loading or unloading areas.


Additional Reminders

  • All vendors must be fully set up and ready for shoppers by 11:00 AM.
  • Please be courteous to neighboring vendors, mall tenants, and shoppers.
  • Keep your booth area clean, organized, and professional throughout the event.
  • Please follow any additional instructions provided by The Solana's on-site vendor coordinators

Booth Pricing & Details


Our vendor markets offer opportunities for approved businesses to participate in select one-day and two-day markets throughout the year.

Booth pricing, availability and setup details may vary by event.

Regular Market rates are $40 per day.

Market Hours: Generally 11 AM–5 PM, unless otherwise specified.

Location: The Solana, 750 Sunland Park Drive, El Paso, Texas.

Vendor Application

Please complete the application below. Returning vendors do not need to reapply unless their business or product information has changed.

All applications are subject to review and approval. Booth space is limited and participation is not guaranteed.

Vendor Signup Form

A Texas Sales and Tax Permit is required for vendors. Please upload a copy.
